Our products are produced in small batches, or are made to order as needed. Due to the on-demand nature of our business, shipping times may vary. We try our very best to ensure you receive your order within a week. Please note that if you have a large order, or one that features time intensive hand-made products, we might need to take some extra love and care to produce, pack, and ship your order. We will reach out if we expect an order to be noticeably delayed.

A tracking number will be sent to the contact information provided on you order at the moment we ship your order. Once the item is shipped, we are unable to re-route the item. If there is a need to update your shipping address, you must do so before the item is shipped.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know! We want every experience with Quiiroi to be exciting and positive - we will do our best to resolve any issues that may happen.



As a rule of thumb, we will accept returns for anything damaged in transit, or any items undamaged that you may be unsatisfied with. Please note that you must reach out to us within 15 days of you receiving the order.

Exceptions to this rule of thumb:

We will not accept candles if they have been burnt. We also will not accept teas and bath supplies - even if they have been untouched. This is due to some health considerations regarding consumable products.

When you reach us regarding a potential return, please include your order number, a decription of the issue or concern, and photos of damage (if applicable).



If you are unhappy with a product and we accept a return, you will be able to choose between a refund or exchange to account for the returned product.

Refunds will be processed to the payment type used at the time of your order. Refunds should go through in a few working days.



If you choose, you may exchange for a new product at the same cost of the returned product.
